Review: I can’t believe I actually resisted making this review for so long. I wanted to make sure that the product really works, so I tested it out for 2 weeks (their guarantee period) before writing this. OH BOY OH BOY OH BOY!!! This product really is da bomb, I tell you! I’ve always battled blackhead problems on my nose, and have somehow made squeezing blackheads my hobby. Tired of scrubbing my nose daily (for fear that I may overscrub my skin and spread acne bacteria all over my face *gasp in horror*) and squeezing my nose for blackheads every 3 days, I decided to shell out $70 to try this product. After all, if it doesn’t work, I can always get my money back with their 2 weeks guarantee.
The product is a gel in a pump bottle (very hygenic), and the gel is non-oily and dries fast on the skin. It leaves a matte finish on your skin, a very good makeup canvas. The gel also contains tea tree oil, so that probably helped in reducing pimples too. It’s been more than 2 weeks since I bought and used the gel. A trip to my usual facial lady convinced me further that the product was working when she said that my nose was pretty clean (ie not much blackheads). And I didn’t do anything before the facial!
I love this product so much, it goes to yoga with me now. I can’t imagine not putting this on after my shower! I’m addicted to it! Thanks to Tine who did a review on Pro Sebum Gel and convinced me to try it!

I’m so very glad this worked out well for you. It doesn’t for everyone though, especially for those with high hopes that it will eliminate blackheads as described on the bottle. It does improve oily skin in terms of reducing breakouts though, which is good. So yay for you
but does it work for dry-outside-oily-inside & sensentive skin?
Hi Renee,
Cellnique is for all skin types, including sensitive. If you have dry skin on the external, you’ll have to use a moisturizer to balance it out, no matter what.
hi all , other products are good too. like the seaweed cleansing gel. After washing , the skin feel supple and clean, without drying and feeling flaky
Hi All,
in fact i used cellnique products since 2004. sebum gel really works. Somehow, I quit and try other products like sk2, clinique, aesop, and currently chanel. but all doesn’t work for me. Now I’m thinking of switching back to cellnique. I just threw a collagen c serum that I bought in 2005 few days ago. expired last year. which I thought of using it again. too bad, it was still in a box. anyway, glad for those reviews. meaning it’s really good.
but now they change to something ‘b.liv’
http://www.blivskin.com
i recently joined their bliv fan page too. http://www.facebook.com/pages/bliv-by-cellniq/151188235144?ref=nf
Hi there. I’ve tried and tested the same product and it works wonders for me too! Other products did not bring the same effect to my skin. Anyway, i stumbled across a link for anyone who’s interested to get the products at a cheaper rate.
